I stumbled across Coyote's page osteophage via a meta they had written a year or so back, and that's how I discovered their template Archive of Your Own. I loved the idea.
I've tinkered quite a bit with the CSS and HTML to make it fit my layout, and in the process I've probably made it less responsive for now. Hopefully, once I learn more CSS I can understand how to edit my layout so that it works in different screensizes.
As a start, I'm thinking of using this a back up for my works on Ao3. That way, I can access them even if Ao3 is down and I also get into a habit of making a backup. I also want to add any tools or code I've made that can be used in a fannish or creative context. I'm also thinking of backing up my Tumblr art blog in the same way I would Ao3, but I haven't fully decided. I will probably test it a bit and then decide.
Before continuing, as this is coded by hand, I need to keep the filtering options down to a reasonable number that I can maintain. For the full tags, I'm going to have to refer to the work on Ao3.
